PAY BAND:- The post carries pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 in Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 and is classified as Group “C” by Delhi Police.

 QUALIFICATION: - Graduation from a recognized University or equivalent is the minimum educational qualification.

Physical efficiency test for delhi police sub inspector recruitment

 For male candidates only
a) 100 meters race in 16 seconds
b) 1.6 Kms race in 6.5 minutes
c) Long Jump : 3.65 metres in 3 chances
d) High Jump : 1.2 metres in 3 chances
e) Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metres in 3 chances

 HOW TO APPLY :-  apply online at www.ssconline.nic.in . last date of
 Part-I Registration: Up to 5.00 PM on 09-04-2014.
Part-II Registration: Up to 5.00 PM on 11-04-2014.
Closing Date : 11 -04-2014

  Date of Exam:- 22-06-2014(Paper-I)  & 21-09-2014(Paper-II)

 Mode of selection:-
After paper-I commission provides a cut off. The candidates who qualify the cut off are gave paperII exam and after that physical efficiency test taken for all the candidate who qualify the paper – I cut off. Who qualify the PET are going to given medical test and after that again cut off are prepare by the commission. The candidate who meet the cut off are again selected to given interview. After interview a final merit made of the basic of paper-I and paper-II and interview performance.
